Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
The short version
- Make honest marketing videos for your own business.
- Only ever make a clone of yourself. Never put a real person in a video without their clear permission.
- No misleading claims, no illegal or harmful content, and no use of other people's work without permission.
- Follow the AI-content rules of the platforms you post on. If you break these rules, we can remove content and suspend or close your account.
1. Who this applies to
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses ContentNeo, including anyone using an account on a business's behalf. "We" means Inaily Innovations, which operates ContentNeo. "You" means the business that holds the account and every person who uses it.
You are responsible for everything created or published through your account, including the videos, scripts, captions and anything you upload.
2. Real people, likeness and voice
- Clones are only of yourself. You may create an AI clone only of your own face and voice, and only after completing our identity check. You may not create, or try to create, a clone of anyone else, including staff, family, customers, celebrities or public figures, even with their permission. See our AI Clone Policy.
- No impersonation. Do not make content that pretends to be, or could reasonably be mistaken for, another real person, business, brand, public figure or official body.
- Permission for real footage. If you upload footage or photos of real people, such as staff or customers, you must have their permission to use them in marketing, and you must be able to show it if asked.
- No fake endorsements. Do not create testimonials, reviews or endorsements that a real person did not give, or that misstate a real customer's experience.
- Children. Do not upload images, video or voice of anyone under 18 without the verifiable consent of their parent or guardian, and never in a way that sexualises, endangers or exploits them. Never use the voice of anyone under 18 to make AI audio.
3. Honest marketing
Your videos must follow the advertising and consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the advertising codes of the Advertising Standards Council of India. In particular, do not make content that:
- makes false, unproven or misleading claims about your products, services, prices, results or credentials;
- makes health, medical, cure or treatment claims that are not permitted by law, or that require approval you do not have;
- makes financial, investment or earnings claims that are misleading or not allowed;
- hides that it is paid promotion where the law or the platform requires you to say so;
- creates false urgency, hidden charges or other deceptive patterns.
Our AI writes and makes videos from what it learns about your business. It can get things wrong. Check every script, claim, price and caption before you post. You are responsible for what you publish.
4. Content you may not make
Do not use ContentNeo to create, upload or share content that:
- is illegal in India or wherever you publish it, or promotes illegal activity;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene;
- involves or exploits children in any way;
- is hateful, harassing, threatening or defamatory, or targets people based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits;
- promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or extremism;
- is political advertising, election content or campaign material, or content meant to mislead people about public events;
- promotes weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, betting or other regulated goods or services in breach of the law;
- creates fake documents, certificates, identity cards, receipts or other false records;
- realistically shows how to make or use weapons or explosives;
- contains malware, phishing or scams, or collects other people's personal data without permission;
- could harm the sovereignty, security or public order of India, or friendly relations with other countries.
5. Other people's rights
Only upload logos, photos, video, music, fonts and text that you own or have permission to use. Do not use ContentNeo to copy another business's videos, characters or brand, or to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights. Our Copyright Policy explains how rights holders can report content.
6. Platform and AI disclosure rules
- Follow the rules of every platform where you post, including Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, and their rules on AI-generated content and paid promotion.
- Where a platform or the law requires you to label content as AI-generated, label it.
- Do not remove, hide or alter any label, watermark or metadata that ContentNeo adds to show that content was made with AI.
7. Using the service fairly
Do not:
- share your login, resell access, or let people outside your business use your account, except team members you add through the app;
- try to get around credits, limits, the identity check, safety filters or other protections;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or build a competing product from ContentNeo or its outputs;
- overload, probe or attack our systems, or use automated tools to access the service unless we agree in writing;
- use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
8. What we do about breaches
We may review content and accounts to enforce this policy and to keep the service safe. If we believe you have broken this policy, we may, at our discretion and without refunding credits used:
- remove or disable content;
- delete a clone and its data;
- suspend or close your account;
- report the matter to the platform concerned or to the authorities where the law requires or allows it.
Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you what we did and why, and give you a chance to respond.
9. Reporting misuse
If you believe content made with ContentNeo uses your face, voice or work without permission, or breaks this policy, contact our Grievance Officer. Details are on our Grievance Officer page, or email [email protected].
